At Cello Electronics, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all electronic items are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all cables, remote controls, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
